Providing training and customer support

Provide training and customer support on instrument installations and upgrades to ensure smooth operations.

Collaborating with specialists

Work with existing applications/sales specialists and the service team to deliver high-quality customer support.

Implementing lab automation

Successfully implement rollouts, customer training, and transitions of lab automation hardware and reagents at customer sites.

Science degree with automation experience

Possess a Science degree and experience in automated liquid handling.
