Providing training and customer support
Provide training and customer support on instrument installations and upgrades to ensure smooth operations.🤝
Collaborating with specialists

Implementing lab automation
Successfully implement rollouts, customer training, and transitions of lab automation hardware and reagents at customer sites.Key criteria

Science degree with automation experience
