Demonstrates the full range of product features, including potential uses, product capabilities, and benefits to customers during the sales process.

Developing and delivering product training

Coordinates and delivers product training to customers on software, application, and equipment use, while monitoring installations to improve satisfaction.

Supporting trade shows and conferences

Performs product demonstrations and promotions, as well as customer training at trade shows and professional conferences.
