Representing nbn’s Field Services team
Acting as the face of the Field Services team for all field-based assurance and build activities, ensuring high standards are met.🛠️
Providing technical support
Delivering on-site technical assistance and resolving escalations related to network assurance and upgrades.✅
Conducting field audits and quality checks
Performing audits and quality inspections to ensure compliance with nbn standards and enhance service delivery.Key criteria
🔧
Technical background in FTTx
Experience in FTTx maintenance and restoration is essential.View

Network assurance expertise
Proven knowledge of Ethernet, DWDM, GPON, or VDSL technologies.View

Field management experience
