You'll be responsible for

Acting as a representative for nbn’s Field Services team in all field-based assurance and build activities.

Providing high-level field support

Delivering high-level support that may involve travel and after-hours activities, including being part of an on-call roster.

Managing network assurance

Overseeing field management and network assurance for nbn's passive and active network, focusing on upgrades and escalations.

Key criteria

Technical background in FTTx

Experience in FTTx maintenance and restoration is essential.
