You'll be responsible for

Delivering service rectification and installations

Ensuring that all service rectifications and product installations meet customer satisfaction and Telstra standards.

Maintaining copper and fibre networks

Performing maintenance and installation tasks on copper and fibre networks, including fault finding and troubleshooting.
🏠

Managing customer premises equipment

Overseeing the maintenance and installation of customer premises equipment for both consumer and business clients.

Proven experience in installing telecommunications products and services.
