You'll be responsible for

Assisting with park maintenance
Field Officers assist with a diverse range of activities relating to maintenance and improvement to park assets within NPWS parks and reserves.🔧
Operating and maintaining equipment
You will operate and maintain plant and equipment, participating in fire management activities and responding to visitor enquiries.🌱
Participating in conservation works
Engaging in pest and weed control, routine maintenance, construction and installation of new assets, and conservation works.Key criteria
🚗
Current Australian Class C driver's licence
Valid licence to operate vehicles, including 4WDs.View
🛠️
Experience with plant and equipment
Demonstrated ability to operate and maintain various machinery.View

Firefighting certification
Ability to obtain certification for frontline firefighting duties.View
