You'll be responsible for

Establishing, monitoring, and delivering overarching performance metrics across the hotel fleet.

Identifying systemic issues

Proactively flagging systemic issues and partnering with State Managers to implement turnaround strategies.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams

Working seamlessly with teams outside of finance to deliver end-to-end commercial solutions.

3-5+ years in finance or analytics roles.
