You'll be responsible for

Stepping out of daily operations to establish, monitor, and deliver overarching performance metrics across the hotel fleet.

Proactively flagging systemic issues and partnering with State Managers to implement turnaround strategies.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams

Working seamlessly with teams outside of finance to deliver end-to-end commercial solutions.

Finance and analytics experience

3-5+ years in finance or analytics roles.
