Collaborating with clients
The CFO&EV team works with clients to tackle issues of importance to the Chief Financial Officer, principally in the development and implementation of new finance operating models, finance organisation strategies, treasury and risk management strategies, and development of new business insight and performance management capabilities.Key criteria
