You'll be responsible for

Processing accounts receivable
Processing and completing daily bank reconciliations for all group entities and ensuring all receipt transactions are accounted for correctly.📞
Liaising with venue staff
Collaborating with venue staff, events, and guest services teams to ensure timely entry for all receipts related to their departments.📂
Maintaining financial records
Maintaining proper filing and organisation of financial records, including preparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations.What we're looking for

Accounts receivable experience
Demonstrated experience in accounts receivable for multi-site companies.View

ERP system proficiency
Experience using ERP systems, preferably Netsuite.View

Accounting qualification
Certificate in Accounting, Finance, or related field.View
