You'll be responsible for

Processing invoices

Processing and coding inbound invoices and preparing payment runs for Finance Manager approval.

Payroll support

Collating and checking timesheet data each pay run, and maintaining employee records.

Bank reconciliations

Running regular bank reconciliations across all entity accounts and matching transactions.

Key criteria

📊

2+ years finance experience

Hands-on experience in accounts or bookkeeping roles is essential.
