You'll be responsible for

Overseeing Interline Operations
Overseeing the day-to-day management of the Interline Operations Team, ensuring service levels, accuracy, and timely processing of interline billings and settlements.š¼
Managing IATA-related financial processes
Managing all IATA-related financial processes, including billing and settlement via BSP/IFG for Agent Partners, ensuring billing accuracy, compliance, and timely reconciliation.š
Driving continuous improvement
Identifying, scoping, and delivering system, process, and automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve workflow efficiency.Key criteria
