Preparing annual budgets
Prepare and deliver annual budgets including income, expense, outgoings, capital expenditure and non-recoverable expenses.📈
Conducting quarterly reforecasting
Conduct quarterly reforecasting, cashflow analysis and review monthly Income & Expenditure reports.🏢
Managing tenant lease setups
Manage tenant lease setups, modifications and ensure all billings and lease details are accurate and timely.Key criteria

5+ years finance experience
