You'll be responsible for

Including inbound and outbound customer contact to support effective debt recovery and agency cashflow.

Delivering timely advice to customers, stakeholders, and internal staff on debt management processes.

Supporting system enhancements

Assisting with testing of system enhancements and upgrades within financial and corporate systems.
