You'll be responsible for

Providing L2/L3 support for Oracle Fusion Financials, Procurement and Expenses

Delivering technical support for Oracle Fusion modules, ensuring system stability and performance.

Diagnosing and resolving integration, data load and system issues

Identifying and fixing issues related to integrations and data loads to maintain system efficiency.
📈

Managing incidents, problems and service requests in line with ITIL practices

Overseeing incident management and service requests to ensure compliance with ITIL standards.

Proven experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP modules.
