You'll be responsible for

Delivering case management by gathering and distributing accurate financial materials and resources, and ensuring clients are directed to the appropriate internal and external services.

Building community connections

Building strong community connections by participating in local forums and collaborating with other service providers to strengthen referral pathways and partnerships.
