You'll be responsible for

Setting up, supervising, and developing a new team dedicated to 'Client Experience & Hospitality,' ensuring the client is at the heart of all actions.

Strategizing and implementing

Developing and implementing strategic yearly client experience plans and supporting the sales team in enhancing client outreach.

Orchestrating experiences

Designing and curating exceptional in-boutique and external client experiences, leveraging all available service offerings.

5+ years in luxury retail or hospitality industry.
