Overseeing fleet workshop operations
Take a strategic and proactive approach to managing a diverse team of staff and contractors, working to build strong relationships, foster a positive and inclusive team culture, and ensure the effective and efficient delivery of Maintenance services.🗂️
Implementing maintenance programs
Develop, implement and monitor programs/services to ensure a best practice approach to service delivery including scheduled maintenance, breakdown maintenance, and fleet plant, vehicles and equipment replacement program.📊
Monitoring performance indicators
Establish, track and report on Key Performance Indicators and Workload Indicators, setting high standards for performance and continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.Key criteria
