Preparing and analysing financial reporting across budget, forecast and actuals, including clear performance commentary.

Supporting ZBB cycle

Supporting the ANJ ZBB cycle end-to-end: monthly forecasts, annual budget inputs, and savings initiatives/submissions.

Partnering with stakeholders

Partnering with ELT, finance managers and functional stakeholders to support planning and ongoing performance management.
