Managing check-ins and check-outs

Handling guest check-ins and check-outs, as well as accommodation reservations for leisure travelers and conference groups.

Providing information

Answering incoming calls and general inquiries, assisting guests with their requests and providing information about accommodation, rates, and amenities.

Front office reception experience

Proven experience in a 4-5 star hotel or resort setting.
