Being the face and first point of contact for the RACV Cobram Resort, welcoming guests warmly.

Managing check-ins and check-outs

Undertaking day-to-day duties associated with checking in and checking out members efficiently.

Handling inquiries

Answering calls and assisting with requests and general enquiries to ensure guest satisfaction.
