Leading commercial contract management

Lead the commercial contract management lifecycle for large Engineering & Construction contracts across Alcoa’s global capital program.

Providing expert authority

Provide expert authority on contracting strategy, tender governance, negotiation, contract execution models and contract forms (e.g., EPC, EPCM, D&C).
⚖️

Supporting claims and dispute resolution

Own and support high-value claims, variations, extensions of time and dispute resolution processes, protecting Alcoa’s commercial position.

12–15+ years in procurement

Extensive experience in procurement for major CAPEX projects.
