Understanding and reviewing the transportation process from Fulfilment Centres to delivery stations to ensure efficiency.

Managing sortation team bandwidth

Measuring and ensuring enough bandwidth in the sortation team for peak time delivery management.

Assisting Area Managers

Working alongside Area Managers to review performance appraisals and mentor station supervisors for efficient operations.
