The People & Culture Graduate Program at RACV is an exciting opportunity to kickstart your career with hands-on experience and professional development. Participants will engage in three rotations, gaining exposure to key HR functions while working in a supportive and collaborative environment. This program is designed for curious and motivated individuals ready to make an impact from day one.

You'll be responsible for

Supporting day-to-day people processes

Assisting with various HR functions and providing stakeholder advice throughout the employee lifecycle.

Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

Engaging in projects that enhance employee experience and wellbeing.

Building capability in workplace relations

Developing skills in compliance, wellbeing, and people operations.

Bachelor's degree

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, or Human Resources required.
