This job is about being part of the Post Market Quality team, which plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety and effectiveness of medical devices after they hit the market. By assessing patient risks and investigating product issues, team members contribute to a culture of excellence and innovation. You'll be responsible for

Assessing patient risk

Inspecting, testing, and evaluating returned devices from the field and escalating new issues as part of the investigation process.

Writing protocols and reports

Documenting all activities and generating appropriate reports for internal and external use.

Building relationships

Building productive internal and external working relationships to enhance collaboration.

Key criteria

Engineering degree

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
