You'll be responsible for

Gaining hands-on experience

Learning how projects are priced, planned, and won, from developing tender solutions to submitting successful bids.

Transitioning to site-based roles

Joining construction delivery teams as projects are awarded, gaining experience across the full project lifecycle.

Building practical skills

Developing industry knowledge and understanding of commercial and technical factors that drive successful project delivery.

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering

Possession of a degree expected by graduation in 2026.
