You'll be responsible for

Managing maintenance requests

Monitoring, prioritising, completing, and recording facilities and grounds maintenance requests on the school’s online system.

Performing general maintenance

Performing general maintenance and care of the school grounds including garden beds, lawns, turf, sporting ovals, and greens.

Preparing facilities

Preparing for the construction and installation of facilities and equipment including minor maintenance of buildings, equipment, painting, repairs, carpentry, window cleaning, drain clearing, and tree trimming.

Proven experience managing maintenance of buildings and equipment.
