Maintain ADG’s acquisition pipeline, conduct financial assessments, coordinate due diligence, and support bid modelling.

Key criteria

7+ years in finance or consulting

Proven experience in investment banking, consulting, or corporate finance.

Relevant degree and qualifications

Bachelor's in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field; CFA, MBA, CA preferred.

Strong capabilities in financial modelling, valuation, and strategic planning.
