You'll be responsible for

Managing group reservations
Managing Group Reservations from initial booking through to arrival, ensuring accuracy, timely follow-up and exceptional service.🔗
Coordinating bookings
Coordinating high-value and high-volume group bookings, including rooming lists, room allocations, VIP requirements, special requests and amendments.🤝
Liaising with departments
Liaising closely with Sales, Conference & Events, Revenue, Front Office, Housekeeping, Finance and other operational departments to ensure all reservation requirements are accurately communicated and actioned.Key criteria

Group reservations experience
Proven experience managing high-volume group bookings in hospitality.View

Opera PMS proficiency
Demonstrated experience using Opera PMS or similar reservation systems.View
