Supporting the daily operations of the Reservations Department to maximise occupancy, room revenue, and guest satisfaction.

Handling guest enquiries

Handling guest enquiries, reservations, amendments, and cancellations with accuracy, professionalism, and efficiency.

Delivering exceptional service

Delivering exceptional service through all guest interactions, particularly over the phone and via email.
