Planning and optimizing marketing programs

Combining employer-facing and employee-facing activities to maximize impact within each account.

Supporting B2B growth

Generating and nurturing new business leads, developing marketing assets, and optimizing websites for lead capture.

Skills you'll need

B2B growth marketing experience

Proven experience driving B2B growth in lifecycle, retention, ABM or similar growth marketing jobs, with measurable results.

Integrated campaign management

Hands-on experience running campaigns across LinkedIn, digital performance channels, and CRM.

Analytical skills

Strong ability to interpret campaign data, define KPIs, and use insights to improve growth and ROI.
