Collaborating closely with the Director of Splash to manage the Statement of Work, prioritise projects, and drive efficiency in processes.📅
Leading project forecasting
Overseeing the forecasting and management of all briefs into the Splash team to ensure smooth operations.🗂️
Developing integrated plans
Working with the marketing team and external agencies to create annual integrated activity plans and quarterly implementation plans for brands.Key criteria
