The Cloud Modernisation Program Director is a pivotal job that drives TAL’s transformation from legacy systems to a modern, cloud-based Microsoft ecosystem. This role is crucial for ensuring operational stability and regulatory compliance while managing large-scale application migrations. You'll be responsible for

Leading application migration strategy

Lead the end-to-end application migration strategy and execution, including portfolio assessment, migration wave planning and execution governance
🛡️

Establishing executive governance forums

Establish and lead executive governance forums, including SteerCo, ensuring clear visibility of progress, risks and decisions required
⚠️

Overseeing application migration risks

Provide end-to-end oversight of application migration risks, including operational, regulatory and customer impacts

Key criteria

Cloud platform expertise

Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
