Overseeing grant services

Overseeing the end-to-end business grants design and delivery services, including application processing, grant distribution, stakeholder engagement, compliance and monitoring.

Building relationships

Building highly effective mutually beneficial relationships with other government agencies that use BGH services, and fostering a service delivery culture within BGH.

Demonstrated experience leading complex organizations in regulatory or service delivery environments.
