Provide guidance for complex engineering outcomes, supporting Engineering Managers to make technical decisions.

Driving impact through leadership

Driving impact through the direct people leadership of Engineering Managers, and indirect leadership of software engineers located across Australia, India and China.

Skills you'll need

Senior engineering leadership

Proven experience as a senior engineering leader, ideally within a Financial Services or Lending organisation.

Complex program delivery

A track record of leading teams to deliver complex programs of work which have significant business impact.

Collaboration and relationship building

Experience fostering collaboration across multiple teams and building relationships across business units/functions.
