About the job

As Head of Institutional Super, you will lead the Institutional Employer Super segment, driving sustained growth and engagement across top-tier corporate employer relationships. This job is all about creating a seamless, high-value experience for corporate employers and their employees, while working closely with a multi-disciplinary team. Collaboration, innovation, and a focus on data-driven insights are key to making a meaningful impact in this highly regulated superannuation environment.

You'll be responsible for

Defining and executing strategy

Define and execute the Institutional segment strategy aligned to Employer Super priorities.

Leading a high-performing team

Lead and scale a high-performing team of Account Directors and Education Managers, with clear accountability for client, growth and engagement outcomes.

Driving integrated client strategies

Drive integrated client strategies across top-tier employers to deliver member growth, retention, advocacy and net fund flows.

Superannuation and financial services experience

Significant experience in superannuation or financial services environments.
