Leading strategy development
Lead the development and execution of strategies to strengthen and optimize the provider network to meet organizational, customer, and contract requirements.🤝
Building relationships
Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with providers and subcontractors, serving as the primary escalation point for issues.📊
Monitoring performance
Monitor provider performance via agreed KPIs, SLAs, and quality standards, implementing improvement initiatives as needed.What we're looking for

Tertiary qualification in Business or related discipline
