As the Head of Reinsurance and Insurance Solutions, you will set the strategic direction and lead the execution of EML’s reinsurance strategy across the EML Group. This highly visible job reports to the CEO of EML Solutions and plays a key role in shaping commercial outcomes, managing risk, and supporting future growth. You'll be responsible for

Defining and leading reinsurance strategy

Define and lead EML’s reinsurance strategy, including end-to-end ownership of the annual renewal process

Optimising reinsurance structures

Optimise reinsurance structures, balancing cost, risk and capital impacts to support business performance

Building relationships

Build and maintain strong, credible relationships with reinsurers and key market stakeholders
