You'll be responsible for

Executing retail network growth strategy

Owning the execution of the market representation strategy across the state, resulting in net store count growth, including proactive renewal and retention strategies.

Leading a team of Retail Business Consultants

Role modeling strong leadership and supporting ongoing development to a team of RBCs across the state, fostering a culture of accountability and engagement.
🚀

Driving broker growth strategy

Leading the strategy for broker headcount growth across the state and partnering with stakeholders to deliver recruitment and retention strategies.

Skills you'll need

💼

Sales leadership

5+ years of experience in sales leadership and/or franchise management, driving performance and managing distributed field teams.

Commercial acumen

Strong commercial acumen and experience with financial modelling, business planning, and performance management.

Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across levels.
