You'll be responsible for

Leading national operations strategy

Define and execute the national operations strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and business growth. Deliver efficient, scalable processes that support safe, compliant, and high-quality pharmacy services.

New product development strategy & operational readiness

Define and lead the operational strategy for new lines of business (e.g. diagnostics) in Australia. Partner with Product, Clinical, and Commercial teams to ensure infrastructure, processes, and teams are in place to support new product launches from pilot through to scale.

Leadership and team management

Oversee and develop a high-performing team, including Site Managers and functional leads. Set performance standards, cultivate leadership capabilities, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Skills you'll need

Operations management

You have 6+ years of experience in operations management or general management roles, ideally within healthcare, healthtech, logistics, or other regulated industries.
📦

Supply chain and procurement

Solid experience in supply chain, procurement, and vendor management, including exposure to commercial negotiations and risk mitigation.
🤝

Cross-functional leadership

Skilled at leading cross-functional projects, working closely with product, clinical, finance, and commercial teams to deliver shared outcomes.
