Developing and implementing safety management systems
Leading the development and implementation of an effective safety management system across all E&S sites to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.📚
Training and coaching stakeholders
Contributing to the development and facilitation of training and coaching to increase skills and knowledge of legislation for key stakeholders.🤝
Collaborating on health and safety plans
Working collaboratively with the Group General Manager to develop a strategic Health and Safety Plan with key risk management objectives.What we're looking for
