Acting as a trusted H&S Business Partner
Contributing to risk management across the Group while partnering with General Managers and operational leaders.🔍
Conducting assurance audits
Translating audits and performance insights into meaningful actions for leaders.🏗️
Building sustainable safety capability
Coaching leaders and driving continuous improvement in safety practices.Key criteria

5–7+ years of H&S experience
Proven experience in Health & Safety business partnering roles.View
🏢
Multi-site environment experience
Experience working across large, multi-site organizations.View
🎓
Formal qualifications in Health & Safety
Tertiary qualifications in Health & Safety are essential.View
