Driving HSE cultural change initiatives
Lead initiatives that align with the 'Genuine Care' safety strategy to foster a proactive safety culture.🔧
Supporting HSE Management System implementation
Assist in the continuous improvement of the HSE Management System to ensure compliance and effectiveness.🏗️
Conducting site inspections and audits
Perform regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments across regional depots to ensure safety standards are met.Key criteria
🛡️
HSE experience in transport
5–7 years of experience in HSE roles within transport or logistics.View

Knowledge of HSE legislation
Strong understanding of HSE legislation and ISO standards (45001/14001).View

Incident investigation skills
Experience conducting incident investigations using ICAM or similar methodologies.View
