Building HSE Capability

Build HSE capability in Site/Project Teams using the OneHSE Culture Program as a platform to enhance safety culture.

Monitoring Project HS KPIs

Monitor and report on achievement of Project HS KPIs, working with the leadership team to address any identified deficiencies.

Key criteria

⚖️

Knowledge of health and safety legislation

Understanding of relevant health and safety laws and regulations.

Experience in incident investigations

Proven experience leading investigations for significant incidents.

Capability in HS improvement programs

Demonstrated ability to implement health and safety strategies.
