Supporting children and young people living in foster care through a therapeutic, trauma-informed approach that prioritises safety, stability, and emotional wellbeing.

Collaborating with stakeholders

Working collaboratively with caregivers, families, Child Protection, and community services to ensure care plans are coordinated and responsive to each child’s circumstances.

Conducting assessments and visits

Completing annual assessments, conducting regular home visits, and spending meaningful one-to-one time with clients.
