You'll be responsible for

Providing exceptional service from check-in to check-out, ensuring guests feel welcome and comfortable throughout their stay.

Assisting guests

Being the first point of contact for guests, assisting them with self-check-in kiosks and informing them about loyalty program benefits.

Completing hotel tasks

Performing a variety of tasks including selling hotel facilities, preparing food and beverages, and maintaining guest accounts.
