Join Flight Centre Travel Group as a vital member of the hotel viewership team, where you will play a key role in enhancing our hotel support and expertise. This opportunity allows you to make a significant impact by ensuring excellent service for both internal and external teams. You'll be responsible for

Building and maintaining rate access codes

Build, maintain and audit rate access codes and tables in the Global Distribution System (GDS) and POS tools for consortia and client-negotiated hotel programs
🤝

Providing customer support

Provide internal/external customer support and troubleshooting for rate availability, access and booking procedures for hotel programs in the GDS and POS tools
📄

Creating rate loading instructions

Create rate loading instructions and distribute as required

Key criteria

🛫

5+ years GDS experience

Proven experience with Global Distribution Systems for hotel formats.

Knowledge of hotel viewership processes

Understanding of GDS hotel processes, including Amadeus and Sabre.

Salesforce and CRM proficiency

Experience managing account information in Salesforce and other tools.
