Supporting Aboriginal Employment Strategy

Driving the successful implementation of the Department's Aboriginal Employment Strategy and associated workforce initiatives across DCJ and Corrective Services NSW.

Leading strategic projects

Ensuring key deliverables are achieved on time and aligned with organisational priorities, while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

Monitoring project outcomes

Contributing to effective governance and reporting, ensuring activities are delivered within agreed budgets and timeframes.
