You'll be responsible for

Building relationships
Building genuine, trusted relationships with Store Managers and Area Managers, being their first call, not a last resort.📈
Coaching leaders
Coaching leaders through people matters, performance, conduct, capability, and culture with practical advice.🔍
Managing employee relations
Managing ER matters end to end with confidence and care, balancing commercial realism with fairness and legal soundness.Key criteria

3+ years of HR generalist experience
Demonstrated experience owning employee relations matters and advising leaders independently.View
📜
Knowledge of General Retail Industry Award 2020
Strong understanding of classification, pay, and entitlements to guide leaders effectively.View
