You'll be responsible for

Leading HSE systems implementation

Leading the implementation and continuous improvement of Fulton Hogan HSE systems, standards and initiatives across Telecommunications & Power Projects in WA.
👩‍🏫

Providing leadership and coaching

Providing visible leadership, coaching and direction to HSE team members, operational leaders and frontline personnel to strengthen risk ownership and safety performance.

Overseeing HSE assurance activities

Overseeing HSE assurance activities including audits, inspections, investigations, corrective actions and performance reporting to verify compliance and drive improvement.
